Kelsey Lyon is your local realtor, covering all the Greater-Seattle area. She joined forces with Team Sell with Sat and Stacia family in 2019, a real estate team with over 20 years of experience in the business and a lead with top 5% in sales across the Nation for Coldwell Banker.
She is now an active Realtor with Coldwell Banker Danforth, representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. She believes that trust, honesty and communication are the most important aspects of a real estate relationship with each client and values those morals in each transaction.
When deciding to pursue real estate, Kelsey wanted to ensure that she could give each client the best experience. Coming from a long background of hospitality, taking care of others has always been her passion. The dynamic and support of being on a real estate team has helped her not only achieve that but has allowed her to build some amazing relationships through the process as well.
When she is not working away at real estate you can typically find her at home with her other half Dominick and their four-year-old son Xavier, or out on an outdoor adventure. One thing about her is that she is obsessed with everything ‘home’. Cooking/Baking, cleaning, decorating, organization—all things sanctuary.
